Sam Rowlands, Member of the Welsh Parliament for North Wales, has been finding all about the Care4TheFamily charity.
Mr Rowlands recently joined fellow members of the Senedd to meet with the founder, Rob Parsons at an event in Cardiff.
He said:
It was great to meet Rob and other members of the organisation and find out all about the support this particular charity gives to help families in need, not just in Wales but all over the UK
They offer a wide range of support for family life which includes the three key areas of marriage, parenting and bereavement.
With over 80 staff and many volunteers it is an extremely important charity and fully deserves our support.
Care4TheFamily believes that every family should have somewhere to turn for support in both the good times and when family life is challenging.
It provides a wide range of support in three key areas of family life – marriage, parenting and bereavement which includes marriage and parenting courses, bereavement support, family breaks and faith in the family, as well as a wide range of resources in support of each of these core areas.
They offer advice and support to help you in your family circumstances, whether it’s the excitement of getting married, the thrill and anxiety of having a new baby, or the joy, and sometimes difficulty, of raising teenagers, supporting couples with relationship difficulties, mums and dads with additional parenting challenges, and those who are living with loss.
The charity has been running events for nearly 30 years, speaking to parents and couples all over the country in an effort to support and help those in all stages of family life.

Mae Sam Rowlands, yr Aelod o’r Senedd dros Ogledd Cymru, wedi bod yn dysgu popeth am elusen Care4TheFamily.
Ymunodd Mr Rowlands â chyd-aelodau'r Senedd yn ddiweddar i gyfarfod â'r sylfaenydd, Rob Parsons mewn digwyddiad yng Nghaerdydd.
Meddai:
Roedd hi'n wych cwrdd â Rob ac aelodau eraill o'r sefydliad a dysgu mwy am y gefnogaeth y mae'r elusen benodol hon yn ei rhoi i helpu teuluoedd mewn angen, nid yn unig yng Nghymru ond ledled y DU.
Maen nhw'n cynnig ystod eang o gefnogaeth i fywyd teuluol sy'n cynnwys y tri maes allweddol, sef priodas, rhianta a phrofedigaeth.
Gyda dros 80 o staff a llawer o wirfoddolwyr, mae'n elusen hynod bwysig ac mae'n llawn haeddu ein cefnogaeth.
Mae Care4TheFamily yn credu y dylai pob teulu gael rhywle i droi am gefnogaeth yn ystod y cyfnodau da a phan fo bywyd teuluol yn anodd.
Mae'n darparu ystod eang o gymorth mewn tri maes allweddol o fywyd teuluol – priodas, rhianta a phrofedigaeth sy'n cynnwys cyrsiau priodas a rhianta, cymorth profedigaeth, seibiannau teuluol a ffydd yn y teulu, yn ogystal ag ystod eang o adnoddau i gefnogi pob un o'r meysydd craidd hyn.
Maen nhw’n cynnig cyngor a chefnogaeth i'ch helpu yn eich amgylchiadau teuluol - yn ystod y cyffro o baratoi i briodi, y wefr a'r pryder o gael babi newydd, neu'r llawenydd, ac weithiau’r anhawster, o fagu pobl ifanc yn eu harddegau, cefnogi cyplau sy’n cael trafferthion yn eu perthynas, mamau a thadau gyda heriau rhianta ychwanegol, a'r rhai sy'n byw gyda cholled.
Mae'r elusen wedi bod yn cynnal digwyddiadau ers bron i 30 mlynedd, gan siarad gyda rhieni a chyplau ledled y wlad mewn ymdrech i gefnogi a helpu pobl ym mhob cam o fywyd teuluol.
